The majority of our handlers come from military and/or event industry backgrounds.
They are self-motivated, professional, and highly trained.
Our handlers are experienced and skilled in navigating complex scenarios and have worked in a wide variety of environments.
We continuously develop staff training and ongoing education to stay ahead of emerging threats and evolving criminal techniques.

Partner / Head of Operations
René brings many years of operational experience from the armed forces, the security industry, and large-scale events, along with extensive expertise in working with a wide range of clients and industries.
As a partner at K9 Security Group, he plays a key role in client operations, training, and service delivery. René's background includes leadership, project management, security operations, and strategic planning.
He oversees the majority of K9 Security Group's large-scale security operations and serves as the primary point of contact for our clients – ensuring smooth coordination, uncompromising quality, and outstanding results.

Per has many years of experience in the security industry and large-scale events, both as an independent operator and as Head of Security for some of the country's largest festivals.
He values clear and direct communication, and his core competencies include situational leadership, problem-solving, training, and professional development. Per is committed to creating effective strategies, fostering a culture of continuous growth, and building strong, collaborative relationships.

Head of Training
K9 Security Group has chosen K9 Life Denmark as our Head of Training. K9 Life Denmark brings many years of experience from the armed forces, specialising in Patrol Explosives Dogs, Patrol Narcotics Dogs, and Patrol Dogs.
K9 Life Denmark and its dogs have achieved remarkable recognition, winning Best Patrol Dog in the Danish Militaryin 2018, 2021, and 2023, and earning 2nd place in 2016, 2017, and 2022.
They were also awarded Best Explosives Detection Dog Team in 2016.
